AmanaCare is Hiring a Caregiver Near Goehner, NE

Do you enjoy building relationships and helping others thrive at home? Do you value serving those in need?

At AmanaCare, we provide faithful, personalized in-home assistance to seniors and disabled or recovering adults. We are seeking non-medical caregivers throughout Nebraska.

We presently have a sweet woman in her 80s who needs a full-time or part-time caregiver.

We offer :

Flexible hours. We schedule you with clients based on your availability, whether you are looking for two hours a week or forty.

Resources to benefits. We can connect you with representatives for ComPro marketplace and Aflac supplemental insurance who can help you put together a plan that fits with your needs.

Their offerings include health, life, dental, vision, and accidental policies.

Competitive pay. Our wages are matched to experience and qualification, and are up to $3.00 above the eastern Nebraska average.

Weekly paychecks, mailed or directly deposited every Friday.

Paid on-the-job training. All initial training and shadowing is paid. No medical certification or prior experience is required we coach you through the specifics of caring for each client individually.

Paid travel. We pay for your time and your mileage for any commute that is 30 miles or farther. We also pay time and mileage for any errands or appointments within shifts, or for any drive from one client's house to another.

Room for advancement. We want to give you the resources you need to develop as a caregiver, including continued education.

To this end, we offer five levels of advanced and specialty training through CareAcademy, and a $40 bonus for the completion of each one.

We also offer up to a dollar increase in your normal wages within the first year of working, and access to a mentoring program.

Experienced caregivers have the opportunity to talk with us about becoming a Team Lead a special position which connects them more closely to the training and scheduling and mentoring of others.

Holiday pay. We pay time-and-a-half for any major holidays you provide care on.
